SJMWA has a number of halls and rooms available for casual and regular group hire. There are function rooms available to suit a range of event styles and requirements including religious event, community events, conferences, corporate functions, exhibitions, weddings and private events.
✅ Hire Conditions: Our full Hire Conditions are provided in link below for your review. Please take a moment to read through them before proceeding.
✅ Spaces & Facilities: Only the spaces included in your booking are available for use. For example, if the Kitchen is not part of your booking, washing and heating facilities in that area would not be accessible.
✅ Pre-Booking Induction: Before your event begins, you’ll need to complete a brief induction with our Maharaj. This covers how to operate equipment and expectations for the handover of facilities. Please contact Maharaj (0493 186 629) directly to arrange a convenient time.
✅ After-Hours Access: If you require after-hours access, this needs to be arranged in advance with Maharaj.
✅ Bond Refund: A $1,000 bond will apply to all bookings and will be fully refunded once all terms and conditions have been met.
✅ Centre Visit: You are welcome to visit us in person during opening hours if you’d like to view the facilities before booking. Please contact the Maharaj (0493 186 629) if you have any queries or need access.
✅ Public Community Events: If your event is a Public Community Event (rather than a Standard/personal event), an online Public Community Event Notification is required by the City of Wanneroo.
✅ Strictly alcohol free venue with only vegetarian food service and cooking permitted.
