• 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Dinner
• 7:00 PM – 7:15 PM: Aarti
• 7:20 PM – 8:30 PM: Chopda Poojan

📋 Chopda Seating Guidelines

• Strictly Allocated : Front-row seating is strictly reserved for individuals actively writing the Chopda. Seats will be assigned via individual name tags, which must not be moved or rearranged under any circumstances.
  Please locate your name tag and sit only in your designated seat.
• Family Limit: Maximum of 2 members per family in the active writing section. These 2 members may write more than one Chopda if needed.
• Guests & Additional Family : Extra family members are highly welcome to attend but are kindly requested to sit at the back.

📝 RSVP & Registration Requirements

• Separate RSVPs Required: You must register separately for the Chopda and the dinner using the links with this invite
• Strict Deadline : All confirmations must be submitted by 6th Nov ensure proper venue planning and arrangements.

🎒 Yajman Checklist (Items to Bring)

• Ganesh Murti with Riddhi Siddhi
• Laxmi Murti (or a Sopari)
• Company Book and a Red Pen
• Ghee Divo (for Aarti)
• 2 Plates, bowls, spoons, and napkins
• Flowers
• One Coin
• One Fruit
• Prashad (strictly 100–150g only)

💰 Event Fees & Donations

• No Event Charges : There is no fee to participate in the Chopda Poojan.

• Voluntary Donations : If you wish to contribute, you can make a donation to the Mandal at the front desk.
• Dakshina : Any dakshina for the Maharaj should be handed directly to him.
  
• All official announcements and updates will be posted exclusively in the main community WhatsApp group. No separate group will be created for this specific event.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure you RSVP (via Book Tickets) as it allows us to cater appropriately. Let’s work together to make it easy for our volunteers in the catering team. The event is free of cost. If the booking system shows as closed, you are still welcome to attend by sending your RSVP manually to Vimal Lakhani on 0434 720 570 via Whatsapp or SMS.
