2025 CHOPDA POOJAN AND DIWALI GET TOGETHER

SJMWA will be celebrating Diwali and host a Chopda Poojan and Annakut followed by Prasad on the 20 October 2025

Those participating in Chopda Poojan please bring the following items:

Ganesh Murti with Riddhi Siddhi
Laxmi Murti (or a Sopari)
Company Book and Red Pen
Ghee Divo (for Aarti)
2 Plates, bowls, spoons and napkins
Flowers
One Coin
One Fruit

For the Chopda Poojan, we will allocate two chairs per book. The rest of the family members and friends are more than welcome and additional seating will be arranged for them at the back of the hall. For those participating in Pooja please RSVP no of people sitting in Pooja (max 2 per Chopda). Those who are not participating in the pooja, please choose the second option on the RSVP.

Should you have special circumstances ie not 1 chopdo per couple please liaise with Neel Raithatha on 0413 005 207 or Sonal Parmar 0406 366 060 to make the arrangements. Default we will assume is one chopdo per couple

IMPORTANT: Please ensure you RSVP (via Book Tickets) as it allows us to cater appropriately. Let’s work together to make it easy for our volunteers in the catering team. The event is free of cost. If the booking system shows as closed, you are still welcome to attend by sending your RSVP manually to Vimal Lakhani on 0434 720 570 via Whatsapp or SMS.
