SJMWA Annual General Meeting 2024 – PAID UP LIFE MEMBERS ONLY

Dear Members of Shree Jalaram Mandal Western Australia 

Greetings and Jai Jalaram from the Trustees and Managing Committee of SJMWA.

This action-packed year has now come to an end. It’s time to get together and take stock of our performance in the last Financial year at the SJMWA Annual General Meeting 2024. Kindly note, the SJMWA’s 13th AGM 2024 will be held as per the details below:

• Date:      Wednesday, 29^th July 2024
• Time:     07:00 pm 
• Venue:  Shree Jalaram Sanatan Mandir and Community Centre – 4 Accomplish Way, Gnangara WA 6077
• Light Dinner provided

Agenda and the last Minutes have been circulated to Members via email.

Note: The Financial Statement for 2023-2024 will be circulated before the AGM.

All Management Committee positions will be vacated at this AGM and will be open for election. Members can opt to nominate themselves for any of these vacated positions. All nominations for a position on the Management Committee – whether as an ordinary member or as an office bearer must be lodged with the SJMWA Secretary via email to secretary@jalarambapa.com.au no later than 72 hours before commencement of the AGM at which the elections will be held. Members wishing to nominate themselves for any of these positions should review SJMWA Constitution which is also available on our website – www.jalarambapa.com.au
